Say what you will about the Blackberry, but no one can deny that keyboard, joystick, and OLED combination. I honestly miss those old Q10 keyboards. They were far more responsive than the touchscreen on my Android phone these days, and don’t even get me started on how much I miss that tactile little joystick.
If you’re looking to experiment with Arduino or ESP using a Hirose connector, this prototyping breadboard is an excellent fit. What you get here is the PCB only, so keep in mind that you’ll need to source the following:
- Q10 Keyboard
- OLED
- Joystick
Take a look at the video below to see the PCB in greater detail. With this combination of a screen, keyboard, and joystick, the sky’s the limit, but I would personally love to see someone make a retro gaming setup with this breadboard.
