Avid Hackaday readers may recall the article detailing the Baby10 Sequencer Circuit for analog music. As with any great design, it naturally inspired someone else to try their hand at it with a new twist.
This BabyGate 10 DIY kit is for an Atari Punk Console, combining the classic system with 555 timers and a sweet new look. Science fiction fans will immediately recognize the design from Stargate, which uses chevrons to lock in coordinates in the movie and TV shows. The shared Tweet below will give you an idea of the fun audio you can make with it.
The design here also allows you to skip a step and leave silence in between. You can even make a specific step the last one as well. As a big fan of Stargate, I approve!
