Retro gaming on your PC or other modern device can be a lot of fun, but it’s hard to really duplicate the tactile sensation of a controller on a keyboard. There are of course a wide array of modern input devices available, but if you want to use an actual Atari joystick or paddle with your gaming setup, be sure to check out this Bluetooth Wireless Dual Joystick & Paddle Adapter.
The device allows you to plug in up to two joysticks, or up to four paddles, or even a combination of the two if you’re so inclined. This adapter then transmits input via Bluetooth to your Windows, Mac, Linux, or Android system, including Raspberry Pi/RetroPie setups. A rechargeable battery onboard gives you somewhere between 1½ and 2 hours of wireless gameplay, making it a great way to get around standard wire length restrictions.
The device also features five onboard buttons that can be mapped as you choose, as well as a small display that indicates controller activity. Alternatively, seller iCode has a few wired USB adapters available if that’s more your style!
