This product allows the user to send infrared signals using LoRaWAN technology to connect to The Things Network Cloud. This kit can be beneficial to users who have a network of infrared controlled displays and players that require a remote control but lack nearby internet connection availability.
Each kit is programmed with PRONTO HEX codes prior to installation. The IR codes can be executed via accessing The Things Network MQTT API and sending commands for a particular IR code.
The LoRa Infrared Transmitter Kit offers a line of sight up to 10km as well as low-power consumption since it can run off batteries. This product is also one of the first open-source software and open-source hardware LoRaWAN infrared transmitters available.
