It’s that time of year again, the time when we gather as hackers, makers, and lovers of badgelife! That’s right, DEF CON 26 is happening from August 9th-12th at Caesars Palace and the Flamingo Hotels in beautiful Las Vegas.
If you’re coming, we’d love to chat with our fellow Tindarians and catch up on your amazing projects. Here are some of the ways you can get involved:
- Breakfast at DEF CON 26 – The Tindie and Hackaday Crew are holding a breakfast at the Hardware Hacking Village on August 12th from 10:30 AM PDT to 12:00 PM PDT. You’re going to be hung over, you know it, and I know it, so why not nurse that headache with coffee, pastries, and hanging out with some of the coolest people on Earth?
- Participate in the SMD Soldering challenge – Hardware Hacking Village is running the contest with four rounds on Friday and Saturday in a first-come-first-served surface mount soldering #SMDchallenge that’s sure to test even the most advanced of makers. We’ll be popping by to cheer you on!
- Pick up your very own Tindie Blinky Badges – Soldering Skills Village will be handing out these #TindieBlinky badges while supplies last, so swing by to grab one and embrace badgelife!
